Do I do this & How do I do this

I took some time and posted the history to my situation on my blog Feel free to go check it out.
I need some input. I have an idea to save my house.........I reconected with someone I went to school with about a month & a half ago. We hadn't talked for at least 15 years. The other day He was talkin about how he had two proporties and both of the leaces were do I he needs to find some one to move into those places.....Should I ask or find out if he could in some way help? What do I ask for if I do? Then the BIGGEST one How do I approch him?
And yes the house you see in on my profile is my house.

i was wondering if there really is anyone out there who helps? like people halping people? i have been looking at this site for a couple of days now and it seems like everyone simply needs help!!!!     what can i do to really get it? for christmas that is for my kids? thanks please reply.
